• Being part of design discussions and open to take suggestions to transform things, always look for new innovative ideas to become more productive.
• Develop customized solutions within the platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
• Manage daily support and maintenance and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
• Lead the knowledge sharing sessions where team shares ideas and new features of the product.
• Develop to serve as primary resource for compliance products and services. -You will be responsible for:
  • Designing and technical Data mapping analysis.
  • Deliver and execute project landmarks for the full project life cycle from initiation through project closure and making sure to monitor your changes are performing as expected after deployment in production
  • Crafting and detailing complex technical requirements for business applications
  • Partnering with business analysts to identify business needs and appropriate technical solutions
  • Ensuring quality of project implementation, including holding quality inspections
  • Building partnerships with clients, product owners, application development teams, and program management colleagues
  • Consistency to internal processes and standard methodologies
  • Monitoring and reporting progress
  • Identification of risks and issues; managing and advancing appropriatelyBasic qualifications and skills:
    • Requires 3 years proficiency with Tandem mainframe architecture.
    • 3 years of progressively responsible experience with Tandem TAL and Tandem C.
    • In depth knowledge of multi-threaded programming techniques and state machine models.
    • 3 years of progressively responsible experience within with Tandem utilities such as FUP, SQLCI, Enform, Peruse, Spoolcom.
    • 3 years of progressively responsible experience within the Cards & Payments domain with BASE24 application on Tandem servers.
    • The candidate must understand Tandem inter-process communication protocols and rules governing those communication methods.
    • The candidate must have 2 years progressively responsible experience with Tandem Path-com and Pathway servers. -Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
      • Understanding of the Issuing Industry and associated products
      • Experience in converting to new processing platforms.
      • Developed analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail including the ability to analyze and/or code data from different platforms to integrate the data into a Fiserv platform
      • Good to have knowledge of payment processing industry.
