Ready to design what's next?As the Lead Sitecore Developer joining our Digital Marketing Development team, you will work within a scrum team to bring designs and ideas to life for our core Digital Marketing properties. Leveraging our Sitecore Content Management System, you will lead a team of developers delivering new components, tools, and UX for over 30 managed websites including www.adp.com . This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of ADP's Digital Marketing transformation. As a key player within our development team, you will be challenged to learn key Digital Marketing strategies including SEO, CRO, and personalization while developing an understanding of how your code supports those initiatives.To thrive in this development career, you'll need to be an expert in Sitecore CMS and have a firm grasp on .Net Framework, .Net Core, and Sitecore Javascript Services (JSS). You'll need to be familiar with front end technologies including javascript, Angular or React, and CSS. You'll work with tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes which provide our CI/CD framework. You strive to learn new technologies and find ways to incorporate what you learn into building your web experiences.As a Lead Developer, you will work closely with your team to lead and guide projects to success. You'll also serve as a mentor to the junior developers. In the lead role, you will balance the assigning of user stories through prioritization and consideration of the technical interests of each developer on the team.
