We work with VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V and Nutanix AHV virtualization; Windows, Linux and Unix physical systems; Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL, Oracle and SAP HANA servers; Amazon, Azure and Google Cloud public clouds; and many other technologies that form the core of modern IT. About our team: We are seeking a Corporate Technology Business Partner to support the Customer Success & Renewals organization through building strong relationships with key stakeholders, gaining an understanding of their business needs and objectives , and aligning technical resources and tools to help them achieve their goals. You will serve as an interface between the business units and corporate technology teams, focused on analysis of the business processes, assessment of project and platform change requests, and assisting in solution discovery and delivery. - Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships within the business and corporate technology teams Accurately record and translate business requirements and objectives coming from business stakeholders Analysis of the business processes and objectives for the purpose of aligning our Corporate Technology initiatives to those business goals - Communicate with business leadership to prioritize projects based on predefined criteria ( e.g. return on investment, productivity, compliance) - Facilitate the review of project and platform change requests and help decide what work should be prioritized Perform Business and System Analysis to ensure minimal technology resource expense and speed to solution Project Management to help facilitate the various projects and tasks in motion Communicates decisions, priorities, and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding business unit requests and projects and initiatives. - Ensure proper rollout of new processes with change management planning and strong communications to the business Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered) - B usiness analysis or project management experience at a technology company - Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) - Ability to work well with culturally diverse team A self-starter who can work collaboratively to find unique solutions to various challenges within the sales process Experience with working in cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with modeling tools such as BPMN, UML, ERD, or other diagrams - Experience with Use Cases - Relationship Building - Analytical Skills - Ability to focus on the high-level goals and what it takes to get there A passion for understanding and improving sales, channel, and customer success processes Passion for matching tools and technology to help improve business process es Technical Skills: Experience with JIRA and Confluence or other Project mgmt. tools - Experience with or other CRM tools - Experience with Gainsight or other Customer Success tools - Ability to query and analyze data Experience with Tableau or BI Tools - Proficient at communication tools like MS Teams - Nice-To-Have: - Based on the functional areas of the business this role will work with, it will be nice to have experience with--- - Customer Success processes and tools - Knowledge of Renewals processes - Go-to-market strategies and yearly planning cycles Working with Channel organizations - Overlay sales and product teams Familiarity with Annual Recurring Revenue financial model Veeam Software is an equal opportunity employer and does not tolerate discrimination in any form on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state or local law.
