are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our
Data Insights team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage
multiple responsibilities including data manipulation in SQL,
developing predictive models in Python, and communicating technical
results to nontechnical audiences. All these responsibilities are
intended to drive our business forward by improving the customer
experience of our diverse product suite. This position will require
strong technical skills, including exploratory data analysis, data
visualization, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling. The
Data Scientist will collaborate closely with cross-functional
teams, including product management, data engineering, marketing,
and sales to provide insights and support to drive product
innovation and growth. What You’ll Be Doing : Collect, analyze, and
synthesize insights from diverse data sources—internal and
external—to drive strategic business decisions and improve outcomes
Clean, process, and transform data for various analytical and
machine-learning purposes Translate complex technical findings into
actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders, empowering
cross-functional decision-making Frame and tackle open-ended
business challenges using data-driven approaches, recommending
solutions that align with business objectives Collaborate on the
development and deployment of machine learning models, from
ideation to production Develop, maintain, and optimize data
pipelines for seamless data preparation and integration Create
intuitive dashboards and dynamic reports that deliver insights to
cross-functional teams Responsible for identifying and implementing
rigorous data validation processes to monitor and enhance data
accuracy and reliability Define and track metrics for new product
or feature launches, ensuring clear benchmarks for success
Continuously explore advancements in data science, machine
learning, and AI to bring innovative solutions to the team Create
and maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes,
ensuring knowledge sharing and sustainability Collaborate with
teams to understand data analysis projects, purpose, focus, and
objectives The Skills You Bring : A passion for uncovering insights
in big data and translating them into compelling narratives that
drive action Strong skills in Python for data manipulation and
modeling Expertise in SQL for querying, transforming, and building
data pipelines Experience with data visualization and dashboard
tools such as Power BI, Looker, Sigma, or Tableau to deliver
intuitive insights A track record of driving ambiguous tasks to
completion, leveraging problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
Experience in building and deploying predictive models to drive
business insights and decision-making A solid understanding of
equities, options, and futures markets, enabling you to
contextualize analysis within financial frameworks preferred
Experience handling customer data from CRM and marketing tools
preferred Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or
Google Cloud preferred Experience using Databricks or Snowflake to
perform data queries, manipulation, and basic analysis preferred
Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
such as statistics, mathematics, computer science 1-4 years of
related experience in a data role Desired Qualifications : Master’s
