Job Description:
Job Summary: As a Senior Scrum Master at Client, you will work
directly with client delivery teams, product owners, and business
agility coaches to lead the successful deployment of Agile
practices. You'll serve as a change agent and trusted advisor,
promoting Agile values and principles while guiding teams toward
delivering high-value outcomes. This role includes coaching,
mentoring, facilitation, and managing Agile ceremonies to foster a
culture of continuous improvement.\n\nResponsibilities:\nAssess and
understand the current Agile maturity of teams; help plan and
implement Agile adoption strategies.^Collaborate with client
leadership to manage expectations and promote Agile
success.^Identify opportunities to expand account potential with
Client account leadership.^Promote Agile practices such as Scrum,
Kanban, and SAFe across client organizations.^Drive the usage of
Agile metrics and maturity models to assess progress.^Act as a
business-minded advisor to clients, learning their environment and
delivering contextual value.^Lead Agile planning and roadmap
activities aligned with client deliverables and dependencies.^Train
team members and stakeholders in Agile frameworks and value-driven
delivery.^Actively support a team environment through conflict
resolution, facilitation, and coaching.^Manage Agile-related
documentation, metrics dashboards, burn-up/down charts, and backlog
refinement.^Support junior team members as a career coach and
mentor.^Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product
Management, UX, Technical Architecture) to align
delivery.^Represent Client’s brand with professionalism and
business acumen.
