Shift A.M. shift Requirements and Description Sr. Strategy Analyst.
Unifi Aviation, LLC. Atlanta, GA. Conduct in-depth data analysis
for multiple aviation operations such as functions/issues such as
logistics and accident occurrence. Design, develop, and maintain
Power BI dashboards to enhance visibility into flight and airport
operations, ensuring data-driven decision-making across multiple
business units. Lead the implementation of technological solutions
to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency. Oversee
the deployment of workforce management tools, such as On the Job
for employee operations management and Zaddons for employee
scheduling and shift bidding, to drive operational improvements and
stability. Act as the primary data liaison, presenting insights and
strategic recommendations to the Senior Vice President and key
stakeholders. Deliver clear and compelling presentations,
translating complex data into actionable business strategies that
drive success with industry-leading companies. Provide
comprehensive training and ongoing support to operational leaders
on data interpretation and data-driven decision-making. Mentor and
train new business analysts to ensure consistent and effective
reporting practices. Need MS degree in Industrial Engineering or
related degree focused on process improvement and data analysis or
related. Need 12 mos. exp. as Business Analyst, Security Analyst,
Industrial Engineer, or Engineering Intern within aviation or
automotive or manufacturing industry or related. Need Six Sigma
Green Belt (or higher). Need 12 mos. exp. with a company in the
automotive, aviation or manufacturing industry investigating,
analyzing, and recommending solutions that drive quality and
process improvements and cost improvements, using Lean/Six Sigma
principles. Need 12 mos. exp. with a company in the automotive,
aviation or manufacturing industry analyzing data and making
recommendations that support performance and financial goals. "
