Location Alpharetta, GA onsite Interview type Skype or F2F Rate type W2 or C2C The details of the position are Sales Force Technical LeadAdministrator (The candidates need to have strong SFDC architecture tech lead experience with an ability to do hands-on admin when needed. the lead will be workingmanaging the team on ground and will be the go-to person for any SFDC architecturedesign decisions) Job Description The Salesforce Technical LeadAdministrator with Architecture exposure will work as part of the Corporate Technology team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the Salesforce.com system based on the various user group needs. We are seeking someone with excellent technical, hands on and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly. This person will serve as the "go to " for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases, provide training and will have hands-on experience in Salesforce.com administration. Key Responsibilities Proactively gather feedback from users and identify needed system changes Communicate system changes to the users in advance so they understand the change and how to use it prior to implementation Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other objects and functions Maintain, enhance and create workflows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment Design, create and maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies Create and administer training to existing or new usersgroups to help expand use of Salesforce.com Communicate regularly with user base regarding new features, enhancements and changes to the system Document company processes, workflows, field maps and associated reporting Assist with migration from older systemsprocesses into Salesforce.com Monitor and manage exception logs for back end system integration with Saleforce.com Manage duplicate records and improve data quality Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate Leads, Contacts, and Accounts performing mass uploads and updates of data as required Removing unnecessary fields and data ensuring screens, fields and workflow have accurate names and reflect current workflow Create and maintain required dashboards and reports Skills Required Salesforce.com system administration and configuration Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes Experience Required Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or other related field Overall 5 year of work experience with minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certification preferred Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. Strong understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and strong data management abilities A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
