Job Description:
A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney specializing in
Coverage and Bad Faith.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior attorneys in providing legal counsel to clients in
coverage and bad faith cases
Conduct legal research, draft coverage opinions, and litigate
declaratory judgment actions
Communicate with clients and manage pre-suit liability matters,
including settlement negotiations
Required Qualifications
Florida and/or Georgia Bar Admission
Must meet billing goal expectations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience with trial and deposition preparation
Strong organizational skills
