Job Description:
Atlanta | Hybrid AmLaw 50 firm seeking a Senior Associate (4–6
years) to join its Corporate Transactions practice , focusing on
Capital Markets and M&A , in Atlanta. This opportunity is ideal
for a transactional attorney with experience handling complex
M&A transactions and capital markets matters within a
sophisticated corporate practice. The Role • Advise clients on
mergers and acquisitions transactions , including public and
private deals • Support capital markets transactions , including
securities offerings and related regulatory matters • Draft and
negotiate transactional agreements and disclosure documents •
Conduct due diligence and manage deal execution for complex
corporate transactions • Work within a nationally recognized
corporate platform handling sophisticated transactional matters
Ideal Background • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 4–6 years of experience in M&A and corporate transactions •
Experience with capital markets transactions or securities
offerings preferred • Admission to the Georgia Bar or eligible for
admission • Strong academic credentials • Excellent drafting,
analytical, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple
