Senior Manager, Field Marketing - Revenue Excellence The Senior Manager, Field Marketing - Revenue Excellence is responsible for supporting the growth agenda for Change Healthcare by providing marketing support for our Revenue Excellence sales and Business Unit teams. This individual will drive customer specific marketing initiatives will also serving as a key liaison across multiple functional areas including Sales, Sales Operations, BU Management, Account Management, Marketing Ops, Segment / Portfolio Marketing. This role reports to the VP, Segment Marketing - Revenue Cycle Management. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? * Audience Identification and Segmentation - Serve as key interface in development of messaging, tools, etc. in support of Sales Outreach program * Sales Enablement - Lead creation of customer specific collateral and presentation materials (in close collaboration with Portfolio Marketers and Marketing Ops teams) in support of "Big Deal Team". Collaborate with sales operations on a well-defined sales enablement plan and assist in the creation of enablement content for direct and indirect sales resources (e.g. playbooks, battlecards, scripts, presentations, training modules, and demos) - serve as direct interface with sales organization on "what's working and what's not working" in terms of messaging, content, * Subject Matter Expertise - Revenue Cycle Management sales and operations - Contribute subject matter expertise on Revenue Cycle Management sales and operations for Portfolio and Segment Marketing teams in development of various demand generation tools including white papers, podcasts, video, eBooks, brochures, social media, Web pages, online events and more * Account Based Marketing - Lead development of Account Based Marketing programs across multiple BU and Sales stakeholders Customer Specific * Collateral and Messaging Development - With an eye towards future trends, serve as key leader in development (in collaboration with Marketing and Sales Ops) of virtual sales enablement tools, processes, etc. * Relationship Management and Collaboration - BU Management, Sales Operations, Sales, Portfolio and Segment Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales "Big Deal Team" What are the requirements needed for this position? * Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred * HFMA CRCR certification preferred * 3-5 years of revenue cycle sales and/or operations experience * 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably B2B technology Marketing * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite What other skills/experience would be helpful to have? * Revenue Cycle Management subject matter expertise * Ability to translate technology innovation into business/customer value * Ability to collaborate across the organization to accomplish goals * Knowledge of sales processes and methodology * Proficient at executing when experiencing multiple competing priorities * Strong interpersonal and communication skills and executive-level presentation skills What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
