Empower Your Future. Make a Difference. The Sr. Manager, Talent
Management will support the global talent management strategy and
processes. The role will manage, design and lead efforts focused on
the performance coaching process (OKRS, Performance Calibration),
Talent and Organizational Planning, Succession Planning, Internal
Talent Market place, Exit Interview Process and development of
talent pools. The Sr. Manager, Talent Management will partner with
People Solutions Business Partners and business leaders to execute
on talent strategies and programs.
This role will serve as a subject matter expert in Talent
Management and collaborate with team members to diagnose needs and
provide talent consultation and solutions specific to business
needs. The Sr. Manager, Talent Management will conduct and leverage
analytics to provide data-driven insights/recommendations to
information talent management decision making.
The Sr. Manager, Talent Management will partner with the Talent
Management and Diversity & Inclusion leader and provide oversight
of the Talent Management Specialist to help execute the Talent
Strategy. This role will also be responsible for monitoring talent
data and trends within each business unit and develop strategies
for specific business units, functions, roles. In addition. this
role will partner with business leaders, People Solutions Business
Partners and Talent Acquisition partners to lead redeployment and
internal slating efforts. The Sr. Manager, Talent Management will
also develop, design and manage the Internal Talent Marketplace to
help support team member career pathing and skill development. In
addition, this role will also serve as a coach to internal leaders
to help the development of targeted talent.
5+ years of experience in talent management - training and
2 years of management or team lead experience
Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Organizational
Masters degree a plus, but not required
Project/program management experience
Experience managing vendor and business partner relationships
for high-visibility, client-facing programs
Experience interacting with and presenting to executive level
Experience working cross functionally within a matrix
Experience understanding strategic organizational issues and
Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
Strong partnership capabilities – both with people solution team
members and business leaders
Assessment certifications (DiSC, MBTI, 360, Predictive Index,
Hogan, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect) a plus
