We have an immediate opening for a Corporate Safety Driver Trainer in Alpharetta, GA.The Corporate Safety Driver Trainer will be responsible for the orientation, conducting company mandated safety training for new hires and existing drivers. This is a driving/classroom position that requires a Class A CDL. Responsibilities

• Ensure that safety is the number one priority in all aspects
• Conduct orientation for newly hired drivers; conduct safety training for existing drivers
• Manage work assignments and projects as needed
• Work closely with field locations to ensure compliance with all required DOT safety programs
• Participate in all safety meetings, and safety related calls
• Responsible for road tests for new driver candidates Benefits

  • Base Salary $75K per year plus bonus potential that significantly increases annual pay
  • This is a corporate position. Requirements
    • Must possess 3+ of safety related driving experience
    • Experience with Smith System Training
    • Must be willing to travel to field locations as required to conduct safety training
    • Must possess previous fleet safety experience- Experience with the Smith System Training
    • Must be familiar with FMCSA
    • Demonstrated experience leading, directing, communicating change while a team strongly promoting safety
    • Candidates must possess strong communication skills
