Microsoft Federal is looking for a collaborative member for our security clearance credentials processing team.The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure and deadlines, must be flexible and have the ability to manage through ambiguity and uncertainty.ResponsibilitiesPartner with National Security Team (NST) to manage Common Access Card Credential approving access to Government Facilities & SystemsToken Processing Request access to Government SystemsMap and manage On-boarding/Out-processing cleared candidates alongside NSTCoordinate closely with NST office and Customer Sponsors to enable DRIs to perform mission critical customer supportRelationship Management - Liaise with key partners/stakeholders to orchestrate alignment on relevant clearance management topics for BSOM program efficiencyBusiness & Predictive Analytics - Successfully interpret data signals to accurately predict future business need and feasibilityUnderstand Credentials Processing & Operations strategy and timelines to ensure business requirements are metQualifications2 or more years of Federal Contract Management experience5 or more years of People and Program Management experience2 or more years of Personnel Security experienceStrong analytical skills, combined with a strategic orientation, as well as an aptitude for solving complex business problemsAbility to resolve ambiguity or conflict situations to bring teams and business groups into alignmentProven experience of influencing other organizations where their support is critical to successAbility to work across groups managing individuals both directly and indirectly to achieve a common goalProficient in change management methodologies, the importance of it, approaches, key tasks and timelinesThis role will drive for the definition of policy, implementation procedures, and solutions required to help Microsoft Federal scale our US Government cleared engagementsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced complex environment working across multiple lines of businessVery strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to impact & influence key stakeholdersThe successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements.The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination.Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.Cloud Screening: Candidates must be able to successfully complete and pass a Microsoft Cloud background screening.
