Job Description:

The Director of User Experience Design is responsible for setting design vision for digital initiatives, defining and enforcing the design process, and managing design output to ensure the final product realizes our strategic vision. You will have a focus on user experience throughout the entire customer journey and a philosophy of continuously measuring the user experience which boosts Customer loyalty, Customer satisfaction, Customer retention, and it will strengthen: Brand loyalty. As a hands-on leader, you will work along with the rest of the Experience Management CoE team members driving the product customer/user lifecycle including research, functional design, wireframing, user analysis, UX prototyping, A/B and multivariate testing and usability testing as well as managing the team of UX designers (internal and external). You partner with product line teams, business leaders, marketing, IT (development) and customer advocates to fuse design, strategy, technology, and customer value. Serves as a subject matter expert, thought leader and innovation champion on UX and digital design across the enterprise Identifies and implements actionable user experience metrics and KPIs that measure ROI to the organization and communicate them effectively to leadership Leverages and deploys methodologies and techniques that increase collaboration and promotes a culture of experimentation and innovation Qualifications BS or MS in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Information Science, Graphic Design with emphasis on UI design, or Computer Science with emphasis on new media technology At least 15 years of experience producing strategies and designs for online applications and products - someone with an eye and patience for detail, who is able to take requirements and produce pixel-perfect designs that others understand, at least 5 years in Direct to Consumer with Customer-Centricity culture Strong experience driving Customer-Centric Mindset.
