THIS POSITION IS BASED IN UNION CITY, GA!The Electro-Mechanical
Technicianwill operate within our customers facilities performing
the maintenancefunction per the Honeywell Intelligrated contract.
The Electro-MechanicalTechnician is critical to the smooth
operation of our customers distributioncenters and will be required
to perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventivemaintenance of
our customers various material handling systems.
TheElectro-Mechanical Technician will take the initiative to
coordinate with otherdepartments the activities required for the
safe and satisfactory completion ofany job tasks. The
Electro-Mechanical Technician will represent Intelligratedon site
and will also need to follow our customers guidelines for general
workpractices outlined on site.Key Responsibilities:Assists other
Technicians in the repair and maintenanceof equipmentCompletes work
orders, records, logs and other writtenor computer-based documents
according to established proceduresDiagnoses mechanical and
electrical problems usingtechnical drawings (e.g., blueprints,
electronic/mechanical schematics)and diagnostic tools (e.g.
multi-meter, laptop)Operates material handling equipment,
batteryequipment, moving machinery, and other powered equipment;
utilizes TCPiPas a troubleshooting/setup toolPerforms preventive
maintenance and repairs onequipment (e.g., pneumatic systems,
material handling equipment, hydraulicequipment, dock equipment,
electronic and electrical equipment, etc.)according to safety and
quality proceduresTroubleshoots and repairs complex
electrical/electronicproblems with equipment, networks, PC logic
controls, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and external
Input/Output (I/O)devices where the repair is not immediately
visible or obviousAssists in the development of specific technical
andtraining documentation; assists in the development of a
Technical SupportHelp Desk/Troubleshooting GuideYOU MUST HAVEHigh
School Diploma/GED, or equivalent in education andrelevant work
experienceMinimum two (2) years Mechanical troubleshooting and
repair experienceMinimum two (2) years Electrical troubleshooting
and repairexperience MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
Outlook)Must be able to work any shiftWE VALUEMaterial handling
experience in Conveyor, sortation, palletizers,and robotics
Controls Troubleshooting experience Networking Troubleshooting
