What makes an outstanding Service Partner V?In this role you will be responsible for managing the top 2-5 of the largest Premier core clients. Ensures timely resolution to issues and completion of top project initiatives. Monitors and drives SLA agreements and KPIs ensuring we meet and exceed expectations. Also, responsible to share and uncover potential new business opportunities for the assigned clients. This position is key in driving the satisfaction of the client with Fiserv.Key AccountabilitiesEnhanced client relationships / client retentionTimely and accurate implementation of client projectsMeet or exceed targeted goal of client satisfactionEnterprise Problem prevention and resolutionTo be successful in this role, you will:Have enterprise wide accountability for ensuring quality delivery of products and services for their assigned clientsProvide oversight, proactive planning and is aligned closely with Fiserv conversions, implementations, development, product management and client servicesWork closely with the Client Partner in Account PlanningDevelop and manages operational and technical relationships through in-person visits and phone calls to help carry out their account planActs as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and escalationEnsures metrics are met or exceeded; drives Client satisfaction through gathering and disseminating feedback to drive performance improvementsProvides various levels of reporting on accomplishments and in-process activitiesAnalyze Client Surveys with the Client Partner to identify areas for improvement and development of action plansQualifications for consideration:High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred7+ years experience in the banking or related industries7+ years experience in a customer facing roleKnowledge of Fiserv's Service Management focusPrior experience managing complex accounts (interaction with specialized areas involving a large number of client contacts, oversight of the implementation and support of sophisticated solution sets, dynamic relationships, communication around technical and vast infrastructure, use of project governance, etc.)Requires an in-depth knowledge of Fiserv BUs, resources, process, etc.Ability to travel 20-30%Who we are:To support the total well-being of our associates, Fiserv takes a broad approach to our benefits.
