Assist Rogers to make sure projects are permitted and inspected within prescribed time frames to meet scheduling deadlines. On the job training will be provided.ENTRY-LEVELWhat you'll be doing Pulling permits at job sites in order for the project to progress on time Assists in the coordination of project activities to ensure project set-up and close-out progresses on schedule and within budget constraints Composes correspondence and reports as required Advises Project Managers of potential problems, work interferences, and scheduling difficulties and assists in resolving such problems as requested Checks deadlines on all incoming requests and takes initiative on appropriate priorities.
