As a Senior Risk Assessor you will?
The Senior Risk Assessor in this role will be responsible for
the leading third party risk assessments, site visits and ongoing
monitoring of risks. This responsibility will span from
understanding the use of the third party and services delivered,
working with business leaders across Fiserv and subject matter
experts to understand impacts, directly assessing third party to
identify critical areas of risk.
Fiserv’s Third Party Risk Management program ensures that our
service providers have effective processes in place to adhere to
the same high standards we set for our organization. Fiserv has
relationships with thousands of suppliers and critical third-party
service providers spanning the globe, delivering a wide variety of
services and goods. The use of third parties increases the level of
risk to Fiserv and our clients.
This role will require domestic (and potential for some
international) travel, up to 30%.
What does a Senior Risk Assessor do?
As assigned, execute end to end review of third party services,
understanding business context, scope of services, and key risk
areas of use.
Partner with business (1st Line) for the collection of critical
artifacts and evidence required from vendor.
Travel onsite to third party to execute assessments
Identify issues resulting from assessments, work with business
to ensure findings have identified owners and follow up plans.
Communicate final reports to stakeholders including vendor
business liaisons, sourcing and legal; conduct walkthrough as
Partner with peers and leader to ensure risk assessments are
completed on time, escalate roadblocks and issues in a timely

Demonstrate strong ability to analyze information and data

Conduct an assessment in a collaborative manner to effectively

Quickly analyze information security controls, ensure clearly
written assessments, and provide constructive action items to

Work with diverse contacts throughout the world to achieve
Communicate technical issues to non-technical people
Demonstrate collaborative partnership skills for working with
various points of contacts
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking
Demonstrate capacity to think broadly but go deep into subject
matter when needed
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
5+ years’ experience with related experience in information
security, risk assessments, or business continuity.
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
CISSP, or CISA, or CRISC certification
Travel required: Potential for up to 30% travel
