As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Fiserv you will directly impact the quality of candidate we hire by sourcing and prescreening top quality passive talent in the marketplace. We need a social savvy sourcer to support our hiring goals and share our culture, core values, and passion for delivering incredible service to our customers with each and every candidate.
 

The successful person will be a motivated, process oriented sourcer with strong client and candidate management skills. This position requires the Sourcer to be assertive, work with a sense of urgency, and have a strong work ethic. The person must have demonstrated success using various sourcing techniques to find candidates for hard to fill positions.  This position reports to the Director of TA Operations.
 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Engage in aggressive, creative, and productive sourcing activities to generate robust and diverse candidate slates and pipelines, including Boolean search, research, name-gen, cold-calling, and mining databases
  • Track work consistently in required tools such as candidate relationship (CRM) system or applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Capture market and competitive intelligence from sourcing efforts, and document in a manner that makes it easy to share with key partners
  • Leverage market intelligence and industry trends, including target companies and organizations, to build candidate slates and pipelines
  • Cultivate relationships with key candidates and specific talent pools -turn applicants from non-active to active by developing strong candidate relationships
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements – screen key prospects
  • Ensure company complies with laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing, recruiting and hiring practices
  • Updating and maintaining sourcing plans and lists of effective sources

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sourcing experience, including proven experience developing and executing innovative search techniques, name/lead generation, internet searches using social media and other tools to identify relevant prospects.
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and/or CRM tools and ensure consistent application of Talent Acquisition process and policies
  • Deep knowledge, understanding and experience with sourcing strategies which result in sustained hires for pivotal and critical roles
  • Proven ability to source, network and attract passive candidates and turn them into active applicants
  • Ability to proactively manage multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Experience identifying and leveraging market trends to identify and deliver talent
  • Knowledge of SLAs, staffing metrics and the ability to monitor your performance against set standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (spelling and grammar)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop practical, creative sourcing plans which deliver results
  • Understand EEOC and OFCCP employment guidelines
  • Bachelor’s` Degree
