Client Service Executive

Job Purpose

What does a great Client Service Executive do?

In the role of a trusted advisor, you will assure client satisfaction by maintaining overall quality of multiple products and services for clients. Minimize losses as well as engage with Fiserv Business Leaders regarding overall relationship management. Serve as focal point for both external and internal customers. Maintain strong working relationships with business leaders throughout the organization. Responsible for day-to-day service issues, including ownership of the overall issue resolution process and associated internal/external communication; provide executive level reporting on Fiserv performance; uncover opportunities and oversee the implementation of additional products and services which maximize both client and Fiserv develop client solutions to market challenges; lead daily operations for all client specific activities and services; break down barriers vital to assure quality products and services are provided; and institute remedial actions when appropriate to control and eliminate Fiserv and client liability.

  • This includes supervising and consolidating service level requirements to ensure compliance with Client specific Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). Communicate SLA performance levels to Clients. Maintain accurate and up to date documentation of the client architecture and processing environment, product matrix, and custom processes by utilizing appropriate systems and tools to track client interactions. Function as the overall Project Manager for internal strategic and client specific projects and initiatives. Facilitate the client training process for platform applications, product releases and product functionality. May facilitate the Client communication and delivery process as it relates to product releases, regulatory changes, product/platform upgrades, fee revisions and system improvements. Participate in business reviews and/or creating client operational performance reviews.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of client facing sales or client management experience working with mid to large enterprise size companies
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Experience interacting with C level internal and external client interaction to ensure clients needs are met.
  • In depth understanding of the organization, industry, and ability to anticipate future strategy and quickly summarize issues
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Possess cross functional experience with Finance and deal closing experience, 
  • 5 + years of client facing relationship/account management experience working with mid to large enterprise size companies
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce tool and Microsoft Teams
