ADP is hiring a Data Analyst II. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this Data Analyst II is a "roll up your sleeves" data wrangler who can effectively analyze and shape shift our data processes and automation opportunities -- creating efficiency and a better client experience. In this position you will need to source data throughout multiple platforms across the org to be used in Marketing Cloud campaigns. This data analyst is not only accurate with numbers but is able to tell the story of the customer through support of digital marketing data initiatives and to serve as a cross collaborator with key business partners. Ultimately, the Data Analyst II can easily analyze and synthesize complex concepts into simple solutions while ensuring the integrity of our data, contributing to our digital marketing strategy.

  • Provide subject matter expert input into the development of marketing/ lead generation campaigns lead and data processes.
  • Writes SQL queries in Marketing Cloud to be used in campaigns and automations
  • Consistently monitor, manage and analyze client contact data and segments for accuracy and digital strategies
  • Presents performance metrics/ campaign analytics to stakeholders to facilitate decisions and gain consensus.
  • Conducts structured analysis according to standardized procedures and prepares detailed analysis documents.
  • Provides assistance to platform developers by serving as a data SME to explore opportunities for data integration enhancement and improvement.
  • Support digital automation strategies
  • Maintains a broad knowledge base encompassing the evolving TotalSource application product set.
  • Works on fairly complex data analysis assignments. Gathers and analyzes data requirements, information for developing and modifying project specifications.
  • Develop standardization of data processes
  • Be or become a Salesforce Marketing Cloud SME in TotalSource business
  • Provides ad hoc reporting assistance as needed and perform other duties as needed



  • BA/BS degree (major in Business or Information Sciences preferred) OR technical training equivalent OR an equivalent in education and/or experience required.
  • 2-4 years progressive structured analysis or data analyst experience.
  • Expert skills with SQL, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel (including data modeling and ad hoc analysisis) a must
