What does a great Director, Strategy do?
As the Director, Strategy within the Billing & Payments
group, you will lead the planning and development of business
strategy and key initiatives for the group businesses. You will
support the broader leadership team as necessary to ensure the
success of priority business initiatives. You will be responsible
for specific tracks of work, primarily focusing on group strategy,
individual business unit strategy, product market strategy, M&A
strategy and M&A support. Reporting directly to the Vice
President, Strategy, you will have a high level of visibility to
senior management and executives.

As a Director, Strategy, you can look forward
•Developing long-range planning (LRP) and Annual Operating
planning for each business Unit
•You will lead strategic projects including new market analysis,
growth strategy, partner strategy, M&A strategy, etc.
•You will be involved in the development of business cases for
strategic growth initiative
•We need you to lead market and competitive analysis and support
sales strategies for specific markets
•Additionally, you will have a focus on cross-Business Unit
strategy collaboration and support
•We need you to support BPG (Billing and Payments Group) leadership
to support internal and external strategy presentations (e.g.,
Annual Investor Day, Board meetings, CEO meetings)
•You will be supporting mergers and acquisitions within the

analysis and other business development activities as required.
•You will have exposure to upward management within and outside of
direct team and organization

conduct evaluations of potential acquisitions, partnerships,

•Minimum 5 years of strategy related experience in a management
•Strategy experience with an emphasis on business growth
•Minimum 2 years of experience managing employees
•Ability to travel up to 30%
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
•Experience working in the Financial Technology, Financial
Services, or Payments industry
•Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA)
