DescriptionAre you looking for a permanent opportunity? We are looking for people that are passionate about providing quality customer service to support a technology based company. This will be remote for the time being, but must be able to commute to Alpharetta, GA once they return to the office. Center Hours of Operation: 8am-12pm 7 days a week - will be given a set shift between these hours Pay: $16 an hour ($17/hr for Bilingual) Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer support through various channels i.e. voice, email, and chat Meet and maintain high quality and productivity metrics month over month Provide app navigation assistance Opportunities for growth within the organization Benefits offered such as 401K, PTO, Healthcare Insurance Job RequirementsRequirements: High School diploma or equivalent Customer service experience in a contact center Background in finance or technology is a plus Must be professional, approachable, and articulate with strong interpersonal skills Strong computer skills and basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite Scheduling flexibility is required; there may be shift bids on a quarterly basis which may change your initial shift Travel experience is not required, but is a plus! Fluency in Spanish is not required, but is a plus! Proven proficiency in Spanish and/or willingness to work an overnight shift will earn the CSR a pay differential
