We are looking for Energetic and Motivated people to join our growing Service Business Development Call Center. Applicants must be self-motivated with high energy, enthusiastic, dependable, and results driven.



* Answering incoming calls and either setting the appointments or directing the calls to the appropriate service employee. * Making outgoing lead-based sales calls to get people to come to the dealership for service repairs and maintenance on their vehicle. * Taking part in phone campaigns like calling customers who have not been in for over a year, customers whose brakes and/or tires were close to needing replacement on their last visit, warranty reminders, safety recalls, etc. * Communicating with Service Advisors to clarify/resolve any customer issues or concerns regarding service appointments, vehicle status, transportation needs, etc.  


* Exceptional communication and conversational skills are an absolute must!!! * High School Diploma or equivalent * Customer Service and Sales experience required * Automotive experience not required but is a plus * High-volume phone sales experience not required but is a plus * Experience in an internet sales position not required but is a plus * Will be required to make a minimum of 50+ outbound contact attempts (call or text) per day. * Stable work history required with historical job stability * Proficient with basic computer applications * Outgoing and friendly personality not easily intimidated, ability to handle customer rejection * Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism, salesmanship, teamwork, organization and customer service * Ability to work well in a fast-paced and diverse environment * Valid in-state driver’s license and good driving record * Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration. * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. * Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
