Summary of This Role
Oversees launch and conversion implementations including the
development of systems and business process related solutions on
behalf of the client. Defines client needs, determines a strategy
and develops a plan/proposal for delivery of the
project/implementation. Provides experience and best practice
solutions for internal, client, and partner systems to improve
efficiency and effectiveness for future state. Guides the client
through the project/implementation process from beginning to end,
eliminating barriers and directs resources as needed. May select,
develop, lead, and evaluate personnel assigned on a matrix basis to
ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Job Specific Skills & Responsibilities
Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese languages (verbal and
written) is Required. Portuguese is ideal but not required.
Decision making and financial / credit card Industry proficiency
(at least 6 years' experience)
Experience in projects' implementations
This role requires client interaction 100% of the time and in
most cases this is a face to face interaction therefore the
Consultant has to be a client advocate, think like a client and
have lots of patience especially when things aren't progressing as
client would expect.
Because this role is to support LATAM clients, this brings a
diversity of cultures, workstyles and languages.
TSPrime support is provided by teams located worldwide therefore
at times the working hours have to be flexible to be able to work
along with our TSPrime partners.
- Implementations are done around the clock and 99% of the time
they take place over weekends therefore overtime and weekend work
Typical Day in the Life of the Role
The Client Consultant's day will be spent attending calls,
meetings and discussions around the project or implementation being
supported and the consulting role for which the Consultant is hired
for. When not involved in meetings and or calls, then it will be
working closely with the client either creating deliverables for
them or providing advice or training throughout the lifecycle of
the project. During the actual implementation and events leading to
it there will be overtime/ flexible time and weekend work
Travel Requirements of the Role
Once things go back to normal after Covid, travel is meant to
resume as needed. Travel could be up to 75% of the time. Traveling
could include long stays at client's site.
What Part Will You Play?
For an assigned portion of the Statement of Work (SOW), performs
professional management consultancy for clients engaged in large
integration initiatives, such as systems conversion or product
launches. Typically assigned a larger portion of the SOW, but is
not responsible for the end to end system conversion. For example,
may provide test execution support, manage the client's testers,
write and create test strategy and/or lead a consumer or commercial

for the implementation and integration. Will oversee the client's
implementation milestones are on-time, within a specified budget,
and with the highest possible quality.
Establishes and maintains a strong partnership with the client
and may include senior management.

professional consulting services for their assigned SOW.
Understands the client's internal infrastructure, as it relates
to a specified SOW, and changes as required to support the

client's implementation tasks.

Identifies specific training needs for clients' through-out

What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Must be fluent in English & Spanish (verbal and written)
Travel is required up to 75% of the time
Relevant Experience or Degree in: No specific field; Combination
of relevant training and/ or experience in lieu of degree

Previous management and appropriate TSYS experience. TS2
Knowledge; Experience in testing; Business Analysis skills;
Experience in large scale project, such as a conversion of product
Certification in Testing Discipline.
