MarketSource provides the unique skills and expertise to integrate brand-centric marketing and sales programs in the Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Information Technology and Telecom industries and relevant routes to market including Retail and B2B.

MarketSource, Inc. is currently seeking a Sales Development Representative. This position will initially be responsible Inside Sales and Lead Generation for MarketSource.

Responsibilities:

  • Make high volume outbound calls to generate new leads and close opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly basis
  • Meet daily quotas of dials and talk time
  • Effectively communicate with potential customers via phone and email
  • Ability to pivot goals and objectives to meet client needs
  • Effectively deliver webinar/clear slide presentations to potential customers to drive business
  • Write professional, succinct, and articulate emails to prospective accounts
  • Cold calling target prospects to demonstrate system features and benefits and close sales
  • Conduct "pre call" investigative work to increase ability to close sales (understanding customer's current state, competition, etc.)
  • Record daily activity into MarketSource and client CRM
  • Interact with client's customer assistance to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet research and web-based presentation skills
  • Consultative phone sales experience a plus

Education:

  • An undergraduate degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent sales experience is preferred
