The Graebel Companies, Inc. Corporate Recruiter will partner with Hiring Managers to anticipate and meet the evolving hiring needs of Corporate and outside branch offices. In order to deliver the best talent to these hiring managers, the Corporate Recruiter will nurture relationships with prospective candidates and build on the on-going manager relationships. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for developing and delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the Company. Additionally, the corporate recruiter will be responsible for devloping and nurturing talent pipelines throughout the Graebel system with a diverse group of potential talent pools. Considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the Company, a basic understanding of the Company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. The Corporate Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. The position is a true contributor to the growth of the company and will provide the talent that makes this company successful.

Required Skills

PRINCIPAL/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units/divisions. Develop and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers. Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.

  • Leverage a variety of mediums including, but not limited to: internet based job boards, Active role based internet searching, Employee and personal referrals, cold-calling candidates both active and passive. Develop and maintain an on-line employer brand footprint. Execute appropriate search strategies. Develop US domestic and international outreach networks with a wide variety of potential employee resources including, community and four-year colleges, universities, veteran's groups, shoulder industries, etc.

  • Complete the necessary steps of the Onboarding process, including offer letters, initiating pre-employment screening, maintaining the onboarding system, etc. Ensure recruiting and on-boarding processes are in place and standardized across the entire Graebel system world wide. Responsible for the systems that support recruiting and on-boarding, including database management and data accuracy, system updates and change management.

  • Partner with business unit leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives. "Promote from within" practices should be supported with openings at all levels posted, and employees encouraged to apply for any positions for which they feel qualified, limited only by the Company policy of position tenure.

  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity and respond accordingly. Regularly follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment processes.

  • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects. Assume other HR related duties as assigned by the VP or Organizational Development and Talent Acquisition.

  • Execute strategic initiatives for recruiting talent in a multi-site organization. Liaise with area employment agencies, preparation, and liaise with advertising agencies and temporary agencies. Maintaining all authorized positions in Graebel's Applicant Tracking System, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Assist with overseeing Graebel's employee referral program. Maintain, expand and further refine the Graebel internship program. Execute search strategies for each authorized position.

Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Required Experience

Required Experience:

Education: Bachelor's Degree is preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or related field. Minimum three (3) years of professional experience acceptable in lieu of formal education.

FIDI courses, CRP and GMS certification desirable.

Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency in both written and oral local language as required.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents and professional journals

Ability to write complex reports, detailed business correspondence, policies and procedures.

Ability to give effective presentations to management and large groups.
