- 2 years of experience in a customer support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Time management skills
- Able to effectively tailor communication and style to differing
- Resourcefulness and flexibility
- Able to self-manage and work independently in a dynamic,
constantly changing environment
- Spanish fluency preferred
