consumers and merchants thrive through technology. As a key member
of the Global Business Solutions Lending team, the Product
Analytics Director for POS Installments/BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later)
Solutions will drive data-driven decision-making to support our
ambitious direct to merchant growth strategy, through analytics,
testing and optimization.
As a Director, Product Analytics you can look forward to:
Market and competitive analysis
Partnering with Product and Business Development to define sales
strategy by channel, vertical and other merchant segmentation.
Building the framework for targeting sales efforts and marketing
Helping to size opportunity, defining KPIs and success criteria
Being part of the core team along with product, demand-gen,
marketing etc. to manage campaigns
Working with the broader reporting team to establish KPIs,
reporting cadence, product and sales dashboards etc.
Analyzing data, interpreting the results to identify trends,
opportunities and provide recommendations on growth drivers
- Helping develop business cases for growth initiatives

analytical acumen. You have outstanding presentation and
communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex
analysis/findings to deliver meaningful insights. You have the
ability to work and influence in a complex cross functional
environment. You have a curious frame of mind with resourcefulness
and initiative. You are a self-starter with the ability to get
results in an ambiguous/fast paced environment.

Experience with statistical analysis and modeling with BI tools
(i.e., Tableau, Business Objects, Cognos, Power BI etc.)
Data science experience/knowledge
