What does a great Program Management Advisor do?

You will be responsible for leading and organizing initiatives designed to improve operating practices in support of the Global Enterprise Solutions organizational strategy and objectives. The portfolio of programs led by the Program Manager will include implementing business processes for a Franchise Market Strategy, improving Sales To Revenue Attainment, creating a Billing Governance structure, and establishing a Global Implementations Model. You will have an opportunity to document business practices and procedures, develop current vs. future state process maps, design ongoing business processes and establish KPIs & supporting management reporting. The ideal candidate will have program management experience and a self-driven attitude to support a dynamic, growing business. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable financial results to the Global Business Solutions organization.

As a Program Management Advisor, you can look forward to:

  • Supporting process mapping, design, documentation, execution and governance

  • Documenting business practices and procedures

  • Assisting in the development, distribution and presentation of reports, memos, meeting notes & logistics, and briefings

  • Analyzing data to find meaningful and actionable trends to assist in process development, decision making and to establish KPIs

  • Organizing programs and projects in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization

  • Developing, leading and coordinating project schedules that manage resources and information

  • Driving feedback sessions with sales, account management, sales operations, product and marketing to validate program effectiveness

  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement

  • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure goals are achieved

  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding issues and decisions

  • Analyzing program risks

  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle

Basic qualifications for consideration:

  • Minimum 5 years project/program management experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Visio

  • Process mapping and design experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Strong understanding of product development through sales fulfillment concepts in a fintech environment a plus
