Summary of This Role
Leads the development of Issuing portfolio and product
strategies to produce a cohesive, interconnected view for the
business teams and clients. Analyzes market and business
environment to identify trends that may affect TSYS product
investments and positioning. Examines opportunities for new
business opportunities with third parties and new client markets.
Facilitates portfolio and product strategy development in
collaboration with Product Management leaders and creates a unified
strategic story that ties the separate portfolios together. Makes
recommendations for long term investments based on understanding of
the emerging business trends and business objectives. Supports
sales and account management teams by engaging with clients to
communicate our product strategy.

What Part Will You Play?
Facilitate strategy development workshops with product
portfolios to create product strategies
Organize product portfolio strategies into a unified,
interconnected strategic framework
Create presentations that tell the strategic story for TSYS
Issuing segment as well as the product portfolios that it is
Engage with clients to discuss our strategy and vision in
collaboration with Sales and Account Management
Areas of investigation may include: disruptive technologies,
competitive developments, regulatory & legal considerations, new
end user and client demands. - Conduct complex qualitative and
quantitative research into emerging trends and developments that
may affect our strategies.
Seek out and evaluate new business opportunities with third
parties such as mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances
and/or joint ventures.
Assess potential new business models that expand the available
market for our products and services.
Assess our current operating models to identify efficiencies and
additional value. Act as a change agent to improve the
Monitor product roadmaps and investments to assess alignment
between tactical actions and strategic imperatives.
Build strong working relationships with product,
commercialization, operational, and sales channel teams as well as
senior leadership and clients.
Provide recommendations to address opportunities and threats
which typically deviate from established procedures.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Relevant Experience or Degree in: Business, Economics, Strategy
and/or related field experience in lieu of degree
Typically Minimum 8+ Years Relevant Exp
Experience in Product Management or Corporate Strategy
- 2 years of experience in financial services / payments or
Master's Degree in business, economics, strategy or related
Experience in direct client engagement
- Familiar with Aha! roadmap software.
