Provides planning, design, development, quality assurance,
configuration assistance, application training, problem resolution
and second level support to new and existing clients.
Responsible for consulting with clients and advising them how to
integrate Equifax products and services to solve their business
Partners with senior members of the team to manage the ongoing
contractual relationships and deliver professional services to
clients for an account or group of accounts.
Interacts with clients to determine system specifications.

What you'll do:
Responsible for the design, development and implementation of
short and long-term solutions to information technology needs
through new and existing applications, systems architecture,
network systems and applications infrastructure.
Often involved in modifying or adapting existing designs.
Reviews Technology requirements and business processes; codes,
test, debugs and implements software solutions.
- Delivering Technology change within the business.
1 year of experience with configuration or support of the
application solutions process, could include interpreting and
documenting customer requirements
Some experience or understanding of SDLC
Experience with at least one of the following: conducting
solution walk-thru and demos, creating Product Feature Gaps,
Customer Solution Certification, Configuration consulting, Customer
Requirement Review, and/or Coordinate Customer Testing
- Requires a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent IT related
Extra points for any of the following:
Experience with Jira, JSON, Postman, API and/or Confluence
Banking, lending, risk decisioning, or credit reporting
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Interest in taking on client-facing responsibilities
Critical thinking skills and creative problem-solving
Ability to think structurally - understanding workflows and
processes from beginning to end

why and how a system operates and what users want it to do
