What does a great User Experience Designer do?
As a User Experience Designer with Fiserv, you will work directly
and collaboratively with the Account Processing UX team to design
software that is both usable and appealing. You will work in a
dynamic environment, stay current with UX design principles,
understand the full experience design cycle, and are a motivation
for innovation. If you have experience designing complex systems
for both B2B and B2C users and you’re looking to make a significant

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
5+ years of UX design experience
Expertise in UX software such as Sketch, Figma, Axure, or Adobe
Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and
Travel required: up to 5%
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
A solid UX design process focused on outcomes.
Experience designing software within an Agile SDLC.
Experience in UX design standard methodologies to design solutions,
and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
Ability to collaborate and communicate closely with teams and other
partners in a distributed model.
Strong intuition and a natural ability to empathize with different
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to persuade
others of your good ideas.
Comfortable working in a collaborative fashion, on user experience
design activities throughout the software development life cycle of
applications, often with numerous initiatives occurring
A constant thirst to learn and grow. Willingness to share knowledge
and experience with the team and learn from them.
Ability to gracefully give and receive critical feedback.
Awareness of how to make things happen within an organization.
Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, Axure, or Adobe XD or other design
or prototyping tools.
Knowledge and experience in Information Architecture, User
Interface Design and Visual Design along with related best
