What does a great Senior Product Management Professional
You will face exciting product management opportunities as you
collaborate with Product, Implementations, Client Services, and
Sales organizations, to further enhance Fiserv’s value proposition
for our industry-leading payment processing solutions, ultimately
driving a differentiated cardholder user experience. Time and
focus will be spent on the uCom product along with touchpoints into
Carat (Commerce Hub), which is our next generation Fiserv corporate
initiative. Your efforts will assist Fiserv to meet sales and
revenue goals while ensuring we exceed client satisfaction
Communication and collaboration skills are needed to bring teams
together for successful product launch and growth. You will be
tackling new domains and digging into questions you don’t know the
answers to yet. Understanding of the entire cardholder user
experience ecosystem will be critical. For example, core
payment processing, ACH payments, gift cards, rewards redemptions,
etc. The successful candidate will be hands-on and enjoy
taking deep-dives into solution configuration recommendations, to
optimize the business of our clients. You are confident
driving product feature design and implementation in an agile

In this role, you can look forward to:
- Leading the research, analysis, and development of
configuration changes and new product enhancements for various
- Leading delivery of product strategy collaborating with
internal stakeholders and clients on priority setting and
requirements definition of product enhancements.
- Performing ongoing solution analysis to better understand
product differentiation and solution gaps.

support the product, work with the respective cross functional
teams to design and establish the processes to manage the health of

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
- High School graduate/GED
- Minimum 5 years experience in payments
- Minimum 2 years prior work experience in product management,
payment processing, Implementations, or Client Services
- Strong analytical skills, adaptability and ability adjust to
atypical issues/opportunities are essential
- Experience interacting with internal and external customers at
all levels to analyze, validate, specify, verify and document
business needs/market problems
- Travel Required - As needed, up to 10%
