Requirements

1 Year OTR Experience
- (if less, training is required)
Minimum Age: 21
Class A CDL
No DUI & DWI Restrictions in the last 3 years

Pay Type

Experience	CPM
Trainee Starting	$0.40 CPM
90 Days	$0.42 CPM
1 Year	$0.45 CPM
2 Years	$0.47 CPM
3 Years	$0.50 CPM
4 Years	$0.51 CPM
5 Years	$0.53 CPM

Additional Pay

Bonuses – Safety, fuel and performance are paid out quarterly
On Owner Operators, we pay 75% of line haul, plus fuel surcharge and paid reefer fuel.
100% of all assessorial charges (unloading, detention, stop pay, layover)

Type	Compensation
Stop pay:	$50 per stop after 1st stop
Detention pay:	Paid at $20 per hour beginning with 2nd hour past appointment time
Breakdowns pay:	Paid $20 per hour, max of $125 per 24-hour period
Layover pay:	Paid $125 per 24-hour period
Good DOT inspection:	Level 1 - $70, Level 2 - $55, Level 3 - $45
Trailer washout pay:	$40
Holiday pay:	$125
