Job Description:

TRC on behalf of our client is looking for customer service reps to provide excellent service to their end users. We are looking for a candidate with 2 years of experience that offer pleasant and proper phone etiquette.

Location: Alpharetta area

Currently remote – After 2 weeks of onsite training. (Remote until company decided otherwise)

Temp to hire

Shift times: 8am - 5pm or 12pm - 9pm Monday - Friday

Must have own computer to work remote:

  • Window 8 or 10 or CPU
  • Internet Explorer 7 or higher
  • Google Chrome 23 or higher
  • 2 USP ports
  • Download speed 10mbps
  • Upload speed 7mpbs

Job Description:

  • Responding to calls, emails and written inquires regarding dental and vision professional groups and subscribers
  • Communicate effectively on benefits, claims, status, policies and procedures
  • Documentation effectively and clear into their system
  • Identify and report Discrepancies
  • Meet metric standard
  • 2 years in successful customer service work experience within a call center or heavy customer contact experience
  • Required to pass 2 CSR rest
  • Exceptional CSR skills, ability to be pleasant and have proper phone etiquette


  • GED or Diploma
  • Customer Service assessment
  • Submit with speed test
  • Pass background check for client
