We have a great opportunity for a Systems Specialist , supporting the Atlanta, GA markets. This position reports to our Service Manager, Managed IT and is based out of Atlanta, GA!

Your Job:

Diagnosing and troubleshooting incoming client calls

Supporting users on PCs, laptops, desktops, tablets and smartphone platforms with technical issues

Proving assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems

Providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise over the phone

Providing day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware

Creating and monitoring help desk requests

Installing software and configuring and setting up Windows Mobile Devices and iPhone

Troubleshooting: PC Hardware Issues, PC Software Issues, Heavy Desktop Support, Virus/Spyware Removal, Mobile Devices (iPhone, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile Device)

You're Good at:

Technical and analytical work

Quickly and intuitively solving problems

Providing exceptional customer service

Paying attention to the details

Establishing priorities, working independently and completing objectives without supervisions

Troubleshooting and solving problems

Building and maintaining business partnerships via telephone and remote support

Professional communication including oral and written skills

You Have:

2 - 3 years' experience of desk side or remote support with experience in Windows operating systems and software applications in a business environment

Specialized technical certifications in Microsoft a plus

High School diploma required, College degree preferred

Computer Certifications preferred (A+, MCP)

Experience removing spyware/ malware/ adware and viruses

Experience providing remote support for users

Hands on experience with PCs and electronics

Strong integrity and a commitment to quality

Self-motivation to succeed and a proactive attitude

Team dedication

Ability to work evening shifts and rotating on-call shifts
