Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY :
Assist and support Business Unit President and other senior leaders with correspondence, travel, reports and presentations. - Also perform various general administrative duties as required to ensure all administrative needs are met. - Responsible for coordination of office activities in Alpharetta, GA office

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Coordinates all hands meeting presentation
Book travel for BU President and other leaders
Process expense reports and manage calendar for BU President
Coordinate weekly report as well as other reports as needed
Acts as back-up for phone system
Responsible for all office duties including but not limited to ordering office supplies, office mail, restocking kitchen supplies, etc.
Coordinates and organizes meetings for Alpharetta and other locations within Protein North America
Set-up interviews for positions in the Alpharetta, GA office
Assist with new hire orientation for the Alpharetta, GA office

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Associate Degree preferred
Minimum 5 years' experience in administrative support roles
TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES
Strong organization and planning skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently
Attention to details and accuracy
Must be discrete and able to manage confidential information
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities

PLATFORM, DATABASE AND EQUIPMENT OPERATING KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED :

Must be at or above intermediate skill with MS PowerPoint
Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel.
