JOB SUMMARY The Chief of Staff - Salesforce Effectiveness is a trusted Partner to Sales through data-based insights into the current and forward-looking state of sales to drive strategic & tactical action to achieve business goals. Support and Facilitate Sales Forecasting through Salesforce Create and drive business process for Go To Market and Territory planning Report board bookings and coordinate monthly business close activities in coordination with Sales Finance and Contracting PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESSupport and Facilitate Sales Forecasting through Salesforce. Coordinate and consolidate weekly, monthly, fiscal booking forecasts across all NTW PBU sales team members.Create and drive business process for Go To Market and Territory planning using market landscape knowledge along with Sales team experience. Create business analysis & modeling in using data driven insights from various tools to support LRP and Annual growth. Coordinate with Sales team and Business Unit leadership to model and set targets and coverage plans.Report board bookings and coordinate monthly business close activities in coordination with Sales Finance and Contracting. Produce and maintain the sales reports. Presenting & distributing data interpretations. Entering information into the customer relationship management (CRM) system '" Salesforce.Instituting sales goals by product solution and business channel.Making recommendations to the Marketing & Sales departments on fertile target markets. ANALYSIS This person will be responsible for identifying new approaches to solving business problems relating to booking growth. This could include internal or external industry influencers such as prediction of impact to sales as a result acquisition or business expansion. This position will perform constant analysis regarding the state of Sales by product including new product launch booking timeline projections and growth opportunities. INNOVATION A primary responsibility of this job will be creating new processes and business modeling for top line revenue/margin analysis. Specifically using modeling to standardize a GTM process and channel analysis, planning and execution. JUDGEMENT AND DECISION MAKING This person will work with BU GM 's and Finance to make decisions relating to monthly close bookings. This person will make recommendations to Leadership relating to strategic business decisions on where to invest sales resources for growth This person will make independent decisions relating to Sales Process and requirements for Salesforce channel forecasting QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:4+ years of proven sales, operations, finance within Healthcare experienceExtensive experience with MS Office Suite (excel, power point)Experience using CRM, preferably SalesforceExceptional verbal and written communication skillsEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSBachelor 's degreeRELATED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONSExperience in sales/marketing support roleExperience participating or managing the FP&A process and complete understanding of forecasting processExperience performing data analysis and interpretation to drive strategic business decisions
