• Open to working from home AND in office(hybrid schedule) (Training is ON SITE at Alpharetta Office)Job Description:Answering customer related questions, inquiries pertaining to their purchases etc.(you'll receive approximately 200+ phone calls daily) Process correspondence in an accurate timely manner Perform miscellaneous task as assigned Strengthen legal and operational compliance by strictly following all company policy and procedure Adheres to appropriate Compliance policies and procedures Identify root cause of customer delinquency; generate effective solutions for AHFC and customer by using negotiation skills and educating the customer.
