through aproject's life-cycle including planning, implementation,
testing, installation,commissioning and Go-Live. You will lead
execution of all assigned projectswhile maintaining exceptional and
consistent performance within budget andrequirements. You will
provide direct, effective communication to businessleadership on
assigned projects.Key Responsibilities:As a Project Manager, you
will be required torun your project as a business. Key
deliverables:
- Financial results and on-time delivery
- Scope & Customer satisfaction
- Manage Customer Relationships. Establish a partnership with
your customer counterparts.
- Maintain cross-functional relationships
- Contract Management
- Manage Program Budget
- Cost control, monitoring and intervening where needed
- Forecasting - drive the forecast process, hold stakeholders
accountable
- Long range planning and mitigation
- Adherence to and participation in Honeywell's operating
processes
- Travel 30%YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Applied Science,
Project Management
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Project Management
role
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Automation Projects WE VALUE:
- Material Handling experience
- Experience in one or more of the following: Warehouse
Automation, Manufacturing Automation, General Automation, Special
Purpose Machines, Assembly Lines and Systems, Conveyors, Materials
Handling, Robotics, Systems Integration, Industrial Systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to energize
cross-functional, global customers, teams, and organizations
- Training and qualification in formal and systematic methods of
program planning, management and contract management
- Ownership and accountability and ability to motive others
- Integrative problem-solving skills
- Ability to execute to plans while effectively managing risks
and opportunities
- Ability to think strategically while tactically setting goals
and tasks scope
- Ability to travel, including internationally
- Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt or Lean
Manufacturing)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification

- Additional technical experience a plus:
- Conveyance
- Robotics
- AMRs
- AS-RS
- Palletizing
- WMS / WCS
- Automated Cranes
- Oracle ERP
- Alternative Experience to the YOU MUST HAVE requirements that
will be considered:
- Construction and Construction Management of Industrial
systems
- Mechanical and Electrical Installation of Industrial
systems
- Automotive Manufacturing Experience
