Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE The Parcel Implementations Associate supports the daily activities within the Parcel Implementation team unit to ensure Transportation Insight delivers services as effectively and efficiently as possible. Job Requirements: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Set up and onboarding of new logos and migration logos. Interaction with carriers to facilitate onboarding and implementation activities. Ensure daily and weekly electronic carrier invoice files are received and imported into our proprietary system Monitor and manage email inbox to ensure invoice files are processed expeditiously Guarantee Transportation Insight Parcel invoices and reports are generated accurately and delivered on schedule Provide issue resolution on reporting, invoices and questions from internal or external teams Research Carrier's Aging Reports and provide detailed resolution promptly Collaborate with other parcel operations and Client Services teams to perform setup and implementation of new clients, accounts and carriers within our proprietary systems Make recommendations for process and performance improvements Assist with SOC II compliance audit KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES BA/BS degree, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience Account Management experience preferred Ability to apply critical thinking skills in problem solving Attention to detail combined with speed and accuracy on the keyboard Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to focus on individual work. Perform both independently and within team environments Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions in mathematical or diagram form Ability to understand and act upon verbal and written instructions Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written Must have ability to multi-task
