1,400 healthcare facilities. -DescriptionThe TA Partner I is
responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing (virtually and
in-person), and extending offers to corporate candidates. This role
builds strong internal relationships with hiring managers to ensure
business needs are met through identifying top talent while also
ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience during the hiring
process. The TA Partner I tracks all candidate activity and
completes relevant reports on a timely basis. This associate
complies with all federal and state laws and Company policies
regarding recruitment and selection processes.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
AND BASIC DUTIES:Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment - 75%
- Partners with hirng managers to ensure job requirements and
expecataions are clearly understood and candidates are assessed
using appropriate criteria
- Creates job posts and manages external jobs
- Performs full recruitment functions (source, identify, screen,
and interview) potential candidates
- Uses various sourcing tactics such as cold calling, job boards,
networking, resume mining, referrals and job fairs to ensure a
diverse pipeline of candidates
- Screens applicants to determine possible job candidates;
ensures a wide range of high caliber, well qualified applicants is
available for professional positions
- Conducts interviews and documents interview notes using
applicant tracking software (ATS).
- Sends applications and other relevant paperwork to complete
applicant files
- Provides ongoing feedback to internal TA team and hiring
managers
- Completes all recruiting activities and status updates in
compliance with established policies, procedures, and legal
regulations
- Ensures candidates complete EEO-1 and Vets 100A forms
- Effectively works independently and collaborates with the team
to execute talent acquisition strategies
- Stays informed of new recruiting trends, products, and
strategiesExternal Partner Management - 15%
- Works to develop and maintain productive business relations
with temporary staffing agencies, executive placement
professionals, government agencies, universities, workforce service
counselors, etc.
- Ensures effective coordination of external employment services
with Company operationsTracking and Reporting - 10%
- Track and report key recruiting metricsRequirements
- 5+ years of staffing experience (internal or external) - -Temp
staffing experience preferred, with 3+ years recruiting a variety
of roles and positions.
- Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using a variety
of tools.
- Successful background in activity and results metrics linked to
variable pay.
- Resilience and go-getter approach with history of fast
on-boarding and learning.
- Deep experience in recruiting and staffing processes, and
related problem solving.
- Extremely effective team-work and collaboration
background.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, recruiting systems and Internet
applications. -Strong oral and written communications skills
coupled with a professional demeanor.
- Background of working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented
environment.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.EEO
