Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic Business Development Representatives (BDR) to join our team. The ideal applicant is self-motivated, eager to learn, and views failure as an opportunity for growth.----In this role, you will learn about the fundamentals of sales and how to master building relationships through coaching and training. Our experienced team members will provide mentorship and coaching to support you in generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Primary Role: As a Business Development Representative (BDR), your main responsibility is to aggressively discover & capture new business by engaging with prospective clients via cold calling. In this role, you will nurture and expand new & existing relationships by ensuring high levels of service and offering additional solutions to potential buyers.
--- Build a book of business through solicitation outreach (calls, email, networking, connection channels)
--- Develop entry strategies to build relationships with transportation decision making personnel
--- Execute account sales plans to achieve sales goals and KPI metrics
--- Set qualified appointments
--- Builds meaningful relationships with prospect
--- Actively generates new sales leads and converts them to profitable revenue-generating accounts

Qualifications:
--- Strong relationship building and professional communication skills
--- Ability to work independently (a high degree of self-motivation is required)
--- Ability to thrive in high a tempo environment
--- Proficiency with CRM, TMS, and MS Office applications
--- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data and reports
--- Ability to write reports and professional business correspondence
--- Ability to learn new software and computer systems
--- Demonstrates the ability to connect with others quickly on a personal level
--- Ability to create openness and trust in the relationship whether with team members, customers, or other stakeholders
--- Driven to advance within the organization
--- Strong organizational skills
--- Skilled at problem-solving

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a Full-time position 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday
