Job Description:
Overview Stryten Energy is looking for a highly motivated and
experienced CRM Specialist to join our team with primary
responsibility for sales analytics, reporting and Salesforce
support. The position will be based in our Alpharetta, GA office.
We need a creative and highly skilled person to help us deliver
innovative business solutions for our Customers and Sales team. The
position will work collaboratively with Sales Operations, Finance,
IT & HR delivering detailed reporting for commissions and customer
rebates as well Salesforce support across the business. The ideal
candidate should be an expert Excel user, detailed oriented, highly
analytical and have a good understanding of the Stryten business.
Responsibilities Create and manage reporting and analytics to
support the sales agents/dealers with their commissions and
customer rebates that occur monthly, quarterly and yearly Create
and maintain reports using report builder in Salesforce.com, Excel,
DataWarehouse, Tableau and Conga Administer the Salesforce.com CRM
application Administer other applications built on the force.com
platform (i.e CPQ, Servicemax) Maintain platform user roles,
security, profiles, deactivations and new user set up Develop,
maintain and perform processes to continuously monitor user data
and integrity in platform applications Document changes in design
and implantation of Salesforce.com Manage ongoing support requests
and administrative needs Manage and support user needs for
InContact including reporting, data downloading into Salesforce.com
and new user set up Support and manage company employee directory
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field
preferred Strong analytical skills with track record of providing
effective data analysis Effective verbal, written communication and
presentation skills Expert (or becomes an Expert) with JDE,
Salesforce.com, Excel & Sales Cubes Be an agent of change A high
degree of flexibility, be extremely organized and detail oriented
Ability to multi-task, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet
deadlines Ability to work collaboratively with Customers, Sales
Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal, IT & Supply Chain teams
Experience with PowerPoint, Word and other MS Products EEO
