Take a look at our website here to learn more about why we're one of the leading global Cyber Security and Risk Mitigation business--- https://www.nccgroup.com/uk/ The Opportunity The role of Code Administrator within the Software Resilience division at NCC Group is office-based in the Alpharetta building in Atlanta with remote working flexibility. The role involves working collaboratively with all areas of the business, in providing an accurate and diligent level of administration and testing of escrow deposits received from a contracted party. The ChallengeThe key responsibilities of the Code Administrator role are:

• Review deposits submitted electronically or physically to ensure details are accurate.
• Day to day management of our online customer portal's admin page, providing first line support to clients.
• Perform basic validation of escrow deposits in order to ensure the contents are virus-free and accessible, in line with operational level agreements.
• Perform accurate updates to the relevant business systems following the receipt and testing of a given escrow deposit.
• Where issues are discovered with a given escrow deposit liaise with contracted parties and internal departments to address any issues which may arise during the material depositing process.
• Liaise and support other departments as applicable to meet contract, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in both internal and external audits, as and when required.
• Participate in, and provide input to, the training required to fulfil the role in a continually developing technically landscape. Essential Skills
  • BS or Certification in IT, computing or relevant discipline a plus proficient in Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook
  • Knowledge and experience of working with common, modern operating systems.
  • Basic programming experience with a knowledge of common languages (SQL, C/C++/C# etc.)
  • A high-level of accuracy and attention to detail, in relation to any of the key role responsibilities.
  • Confident, clear communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to constantly assess priorities.
  • Cloud computing (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) & Google Cloud (GCP)) knowledge is highly desirable.
