We're seeking an enthusiastic inside sales representative to
join our team and support business growth. You'll need strong
persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads.

- Show empathy to potential clients and put them at ease

the phone, and in writing

- Not get discouraged when things don't go as planned
- Be willing and able to quickly learn about new topics (like
Divorce or Probate)
- Follow instructions and understand the importance of policies
and procedures

legal advice. Prior sales and customer service experience are

- Conduct initial client consults to score leads and sell legal
services
- Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal
team
- Follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained
us
- Maintain CRM entries with up-to-date information on
leadsQualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree
preferred
- Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication
skills, both written and verbal
- Two years of previous sales experience
- Understand the sales process and how to enter information into
client databases
- Prior experience selling high ticket services to individual
consumers (B2C) is preferred.Benefits:
