We're seeking an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You'll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. -Our ideal candidate is an excellent deal-maker who loves talking to people.   • Understand how to build a relationship with a person
  • Show the ability to interact with different types of personalities
  • Show empathy to potential clients and put them at ease
  • Know how to close a sale by creating urgency and promoting the value
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing
  • Think on their feet
  • Not get discouraged when things don't go as planned
  • Be willing and able to quickly learn about new topics (like Divorce or Probate)
  • Follow instructions and understand the importance of policies and procedures
  • Be a team player that consistently acts with respect and integrityLegal experience is not required as you will not give legal advice. Prior sales and customer service experience are required!We are looking for a team player with empathy, creativity, and organization to help us expand our business.     • Conduct initial client consults to score leads and sell legal services
    • Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team
    • Follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained us
    • Maintain CRM entries with up-to-date information on leadsQualifications
      • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
      • Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
      • Two years of previous sales experience
      • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
      • Prior experience selling high ticket services to individual consumers (B2C) is preferred.Benefits:
