Job DescriptionDo you enjoy the thrill of engaging partners and building go-to-market channels to drive profitable business opportunities? Eager for the challenge to combine your strategy, communications, and alliances background in a high-growth industry? The Partner Success Lead manages and expands relationships with Alliances partners. The Partner Success Lead will be responsible for managing the Implementation Alliance Partners at a global level. The Partner Success Program is a new initiative and the Partner Success Lead will be heavily involved in the buildout of the program, including enablement, training and certification. The Partner Success Lead represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or vertical if focused in a partner vertical market.What Youll Do:

  • Aid in the buildout of the Partner Success program
  • Collaborate with Functional Leads on the selection and onboarding of implementation partners.
  • Develop and implement partner-specific business plans and KPIs (Training, Delivery Capabilities, Certification, Pipeline) that align with Deposco's regional and/or vertical strategy.
  • Develop and manage relationships with implementation partners to accelerate each partner's ability to position, sell, and solution Deposco.
  • Drive partner product knowledge and certification across the Deposco Platform to ensure that partner practices maintain the proper amount of certified resources.
  • Educate Partners on delivery methodology to drive alignment between partner scoping/staffing and Deposco Professional Services.
  • Provision relevant demo sandbox licenses to partners that enable them to progress sales cycles with end customers, take guidance from relevant Sales Leaders, and liaise with Licensing.
  • Incorporate Deposco and Customer feedback into a partner scorecard that will be used to drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as liaison between partners and various internal Deposco Teams (Professional Services, Alliances, Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, Licensing).
  • Work with partner practice leads and alliance managers to create a business plan around pipeline and resource capacity.
  • Drive regular communication (weekly, biweekly, quarterly, yearly) with partners to address pipeline, active engagement, and practice action items including certification status and progress by partner resources
  • Ensure partner is enabled to transact with Deposco through providing access to a Partner Portal, Partner Collateral, Deposco LMS.
  • Encourage the creation of Capability Networks (cross border networks) amongst key global partners to facilitate resource, knowledge sharing, and increased consistency in approach.
  • Align regional partner enablement strategy with region sales and services strategy.
  • Periodically review partner ecosystem with Alliance and Sales Leaders and rationalize as necessary.RequirementsWhat You'll Need:
    • Knowledge of Supply Chain software space, the various software players in that space, industry trends
    • 4+ experience in either selling, demonstrating, or implementing a similar Supply Chain solution
    • Maintain productivity across competing priorities.
    • Work effectively under pressure
    • Good listener, able to empathize and contribute to discussions on supply chain matters
    • Love and contribute to a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
    • Knowledge of Salesforce and working across international territories is a plus
    • Collaborative relationship building skills with the ability to influence new and existing customers
    • Leader with superior organization skills, problem-solving ability, and high say/do ratio
    • High intellect and business acumen, ability to see opportunity in seemingly unrelated data. Curiosity and a willingness to move fast, be wrong and improve.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
    • Strong analytical and research skills to streamline complex strategic processes
    • Project management experience
