Client Account Assistant Great opportunity to join a stable and growing organization! Full time position offering training and growth within the position. Located in Alpharetta, near Northpoint Mall Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Job Requirements:PRIMARY DUTIES -: - -Assist in the entry of all Schedules of Accounts. - -Review those Schedules for red flags (credit limits, delinquencies, verifications, etc---). - -Assist in all verbal and written invoice verifications. - -Assist in the placement of all invoice status calls as directed and collection calls on delinquent accounts as needed. - -Ordering of credit reports via Experian, CompuNet and/or Dun & Bradstreet as required. - -Creation and mailing of all debtor Notification Letters. - -Assist in the expeditious mailing of all invoices to debtors.
