Description:
- Maintain quality of all components produced to meet or exceed
customer specifications or expectations? Perform tasks as outlined
within organizations SOP's? Actively participate in all company's
safety initiatives and programs? Complies with the Company's
quality and safety rules and reports all incidents, issues and
events toimmediate supervision for corrective action? Maintain
housekeeping standards at all times? Assists with training of
personnel as required? Provide input and feedback on production
process improvement initiatives? Troubleshoot process equipment and
tools when there are problems? Maintain equipment in proper working
order? Communicate problems as they arise to the production lead,
supervisor or manager? Demonstrate Good Documentation Practices
(GDP) as well as completion and review of BOM, DMRand other
associated material? Wear appropriate personal protective equipment
(PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses and hearingprotection as
required? Store and dispose of chemicals appropriately? Conduct
basic quality inspection of work in accordance with SOP's? Complete
required production tracking worksheets? Demonstrated ability to
integrate quality, safety and efficiency requirements into daily
activities? Assembles parts to form complete units or subassemblies
at a workstation? Utilizes hand tools, small power tools and other
special equipment to perform assigned jobs? Ensure machines are
operating within specified ranges in accordance with applicable
workinstructions, SOP's and customer requirements.? Read and
interpret part drawings/diagrams to take critical measurements of
molded parts? Maintain RMI supplied tools needed to perform duties?
Work independently under the direction of the Production
Supervisor? Work closely with Engineering on product validations,
studies and new product development
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read/hear, interpret and understand instructions
given verbally or written in English
- Ability to perform in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment
while complying with Quality System SOP's, work
- instructions, drawings, GMP, GDP, ISO and FDA requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production and injection molding
experience
- Previous medical device or FDA regulated industry experience
preferred
- Good hand to eye coordination and manual dexterity
